1 - What is a ZEE?
A ZEE is an object for personal use, personalised by the user.

2 - Can I order from anywhere in the world?
ZEE can be ordered from virtually every country in the world. There may, however, be some countries with delivery restrictions. To consult the list of active destinations, click here.

3 - What are the available methods for me to pay for my ZEEs?
Credit card, Paypal and Multibanco (only in Portugal).

4 - How will I receive my ZEEs?
Deliveries will be made by a delivery service contracted by ZEE. Each delivery will have a unique reference that can be used to track its route.

5 - How much am I going to pay for shipping costs?
ZEEs will be delivered 10 working days after order acceptance.To consult the applicable shipping costs click here.
Note: For countries outside the European Union, Customs Charges may be applied locally.

6 - How is my personal data used?
Personal data of registered users will only be used by ZEE in its interactions with users and to enable the processing of orders and deliveries of purchased ZEEs. ZEE does not distribute any of its users’ data to any third party entities – See Privacy Policy.

7 - Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled while it is in the “Waiting payment” status. If it is in the “In production” or “Expedited” status, it cannot be cancelled. To consult the status of your order, click here.

8 - If I forget my password, can I still access my account?

9 - What images can I use when designing my ZEEs?
In addition to the wide selection of images available on the site, you can also use your own images (designs, photos, etc.). Images with illegal content are not permitted. Acceptable file types (extensions): tiff, png, jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp. Maximum file size: 1024 KB.

11 - Where can I change the battery of my ZEE?
You can replace the battery of your ZEE at any traditional watch store.

13 - How much am I going to pay to create my collection online?

14 - How much will I receive from the sales of collection?
For every ZEE purchased from your collection you get a sales commission. You may also receive a bonus accordingly with your sales perfomance. LEARN MORE >>

15 - What is the least I get from comissions?
The user is guaranteed a commission of 20% for each watch sold from its collection. LEARN MORE >>
