3 - Language of the Terms and Conditions
The official language of these Terms and Conditions is Portuguese. For all other languages where a translation is provided, it shall be understood that it has been made available as a convenience for the user, and it is the Portuguese version of the text that governs the relationship between the site and the user.

To access some functionality of the website, namely, the personalization and acquisition of watches, you must create a user account. You can never use the account of another person without authorization. Please ensure that the data you provide us when creating an account is correct and complete.
Inform us of any change to the data that you provided us when you registered. You can access and change this information by going to the Edit Profile page.
By using this site, you are accepting the responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and (access) password, and to restrict access to your computer in such a way as to prevent unauthorized access to your account. These Terms and your relationship with ZEE in accordance with these Terms are subject to Portuguese legislation. The User and ZEE agree to submit to Portuguese legal jurisdiction and for this purpose choose the Lisbon District Court, expressly renouncing any other forum.
